Vintage Clothing -- Recycling the Fashionable Way

Vintage clothing is very in these days, and it can express a person's individuality in many ways. It could be clothing you've inherited, but it's most likely clothing purchased at garage sales or auctions, and these days, it's from online the majority of the time. Vintage can mean antique clothing but it's also retro, meaning from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s (disco shirts!). Collecting vintage clothing is a great hobby. If you have fragile pieces you can simply display them in a frame and hang them on the wall. To wear them they have to be washable. Unless they are antique, they are washable. If you are unsure you could test a tiny patch of fabric, unless the piece is a really old and then it's best to just leave it as is and never wear the item. Because a piece of clothing is retro, any style is good. Some decades have been represented and made in up to date fabrics, so they are more useful, yet you will get the retro look you want!
